On the left is some kind of philodendron one that is clumping like a Red Emerald on the right a split-leaf philodendron. Unlike many Philodendron varieties the Prince of Orange grows its vibrant leaves from its center rather than from vines or stems.
Or better yet on the right a Rhaphidophora tetrasperma like pullayup mentioned.

This plant has unusual variegation where the dark green leaves have cream to white patterns along the veins. It is home to around 40000 plant species nearly 1300 bird species 3000 types of fish 427 species of mammals and 25 million different insects.
